Only those orders cancelled at least 21 days prior to the event are entitled to full refund minus 3% for CC fees.

At minimum 21 days before it is encouraged to come in advance to choose the style and colors that you would like your party to wear. If you can, bring swatches.
Yes! Especially during busy season, March – September. Be prepared to pay a $20 fitting fee per person. Fee is non-refundable and it will be applied towards the rental or purchase.
No, they will only try on a coat to ensure a better fit. Personal hygiene and cleanliness matters! Because they will be trying on a coat, advise your party to be prepared by coming in clean and fresh and wearing an appropriate shirt, otherwise they will be asked to reschedule.
It’s important to remember that it is a rental, which means they are generic sizes and are made to fit several body types. Most of the time it’s a great fit! Sometimes we’ll have to do minor adjustments to achieve the best fit.
At time of fitting or no later than 21 days prior to the event. Credit card is kept on file.
Return date is the following business day after the event.
